Kun Wang was born in 1974. In 1997. Graduated from the University of Special Education, Changchun Institute of Technology University. Specialized in Art Designing. He continued his education in Beijing Union University. Currently working at the Department of Design of Beijing School for the Deaf, which is, now， the third head of the art teaching and research institution in Beijing. He is also the executive director of China Arts Association Exlibris, and the Beijing City Exlibris Research Association.
