Ella Tsyplyakova was born in 1974 in Nizhny Tagil. She graduated in Graphic Art Faculty of Nizhny Tagil state teacher training institute in 1996. Since 1997 till 2005 she is a teacher at the Graphic Art Faculty in Nizhny Tagil. From 1995 she is constant and active participant of the Russian and foreign exhibitions. 2001 Ella Tsyplyakova became a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Since 2003 till 2011 she is a teacher in Graphic Department of St.-Petersburg institute of arts and crafts. From 2011 she is graphic artist and graphic designer.
