Liu Qing was born in 1986 in China. He graduated from the Huazhond University of Science and Technology, Art Design specialty. He is member of China Artist Association, Exlibris Research Association. Priority field of his work are art education and prints. In 2012, he won gold medal in The Hubei province 16th session of primary and middle school students in art, calligraphy competition In 2012, the 8th National Primary and secondary school teachers and students Exlibris exhibition – 1st prize at teacher works. In 2013, 3rd session of national youth Exlibris and mini version painting etc.
